Under-fire Hearts coach Mohammed Polo says he will quit the club at the 'right time' amid growing calls for his head.

Polo is under increased pressure to bow out of the club following the side’s unflattering campaign.

He has supervised their dwindling fortunes since he took over from David Duncan as they have dropped out of the Champions League spot.

The Accra side were shell-shocked 2-1 at home by Heart of Lions last Sunday to compound the misery on the iconic club figure.

However, he says he won’t buckle under media pressure to jump out of the ship and will only do so at the ‘right time’.

“It is very difficult to understand these things, very difficult to understand because these are not matches we should lose but we are losing", he said

"I don't understand myself, I don't understand and we all don't know what’s going wrong, but when your own people don’t want your progress definitely this will happen".

" I will not leave because of this and at the right time I will go, in the right time I will leave the club".

Hearts have surrendered the second position to Lions and now trail Kotoko by 12 points.
