Tottenham's Mousa Dembele has been handed a six-match ban by the FA for violent conduct, after he was caught on video appearing to gouge the eyes of Chelsea's Diego Costa in Monday night's bad tempered encounter. Dembele accepted the violent conduct charge, but he and the club protested the idea of adding extra games onto the end of the standard three-game ban - with some reports earlier in the week suggesting that the Belgian could be banned for up to ten games.
