In view of the cancellations of all major sporting activities across the globe, football’s fight against the virus continues in Ghana as diverse members of the football family go all out to help overcome this crisis.

Assistance from national federations abound, club donations are growing steadily, and players are giving back to their communities all in the bid to support the spread of the deadly virus.

On Wednesday Black Stars and Jiangsu Suning FC midfielder Mubarak Wakaso extended his support to traditional leaders in Yendi, Tolon and Savelugu after donating to the people of Tamale.

The overlord of Dagbon, Yaa Naa, Mion Lana and Yoo Naa all had their share of the donations.

Hand sanitizers, nose masks, and veronica buckets were donated at the various palaces .

The kind gesture was extended to our Mothers in the Yendi markets, as over 300 pieces of sanitizers were distributed to individuals.
