Addo’s team Sherrif Tiraspol went viral in the Ghanaian media space on Tuesday following his side’s win against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu in the UEFA Champions League.
The Moldova club beat Real Madrid 2-1 to go top of the Group and also record their first away win of the competition in their debut season.
Edmund Addo was impressive in the game as he bagged another 90 minutes.
Addo previously helped Tiraspol beat Shakhtar Donetsk 2-0 in their opening game, leaving the minnows three points clear at the top of Group D.
Speaking in an interview the midfielder said: "Ideally, my dream is to play for Manchester United.
"Which player doesn't want to be in one of the strongest football clubs in Europe? I am no exception."
