Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri says Inter Milan midfielder Felipe Melo should be careful with what he says.

The two teams meet on Monday night.

Melo on Thursday suggested Gonzalo Higuain should be “beaten up" on the field.

“On Thursday there were three Italians playing in the Europa League and on the front page I found Melo," shrugged Sarri.

“I didn't like it and found it to be off-key. I do believe it was just a joke, but I prefer to focus on football."
