Napoli still pushing for Udinese midfielder

Napoli have not given up on their efforts in bringing Udinese midfielder Piotr Zielinski to the Stadio San Paolo this summer.

There has been much confusion over which side will sign the Polish international this summer, as he has been linked with a number of clubs including Liverpool, Napoli and AC Milan, and the Partenopei had reportedly completed a deal to sign him, but the player wanted to move to Liverpool instead.

Napoli are not stopping in their attempts to sign Zielinski just yet as they have contacted his agent Bartolomej Bolak, according to calciomercato.it, however the relationship between the Neapolitans and Bolak isn’t strong and because of this, he is reportedly pushing his client towards Milan.

Zielinski has spent the last two seasons on loan at fellow Serie A outfit Empoli and was a pivotal figure in the squad last season after playing in 35 league matches, managing to net five goals and pick up six assists.
