Hearts of Oak have congratulated sworn enemies Asante Kotoko on the appointment of Nana Yaw Amponsah as the Kumasi based side's new CEO.
Nana Yaw Amponsah was confirmed the new CEO of the club on Friday at a mammoth ceremony in Kumasi.
The former GFA Presidential candidate has been given a three year mandate to lead and transform the club into one of the best on the continent.
"We welcome Nana Yaw Amponsah to the big league. Congratulations on your appointment as the new CEO of Asante Kotoko. Together, we will work in partnership to aid in the development of Ghana football as we remain fierce competitors on the field," the Phobians wrote on Twitter.
Nana Yaw Amponsah has been tasked with overseeing the country's most adored football club amid a tight scrutiny in the next three years.
