New Asante Kotoko management visit injured defender Daniel Darkwah after successful surgery

Newly instituted management of Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko visited injured defender Daniel Darkwah at the Komfo Anokye hospital after undergoing a successful surgery. 

Daniel Darkwah went under the knife to correct a persistent shoulder injury that has troubled him for some time now courtesy management of the club.

The new management team which includes Dr. Yaw Amo Sarpong, Isaac Donkor and Dr. Jerry Newton were led by Nana Kwasi Gyambibi, the special Assistant to Dr. Kwame Kyei to visit the player who is yet to be released from hospital.

The former Aduana Stars player will be on the sidelines for between 6 to 8 weeks.

The player was initially reported to have been abandoned by management of the club and was unable to finance the cost of his surgery.

However, management of the club refuted such claims as they aided the player to undergo the procedure.

The Porcupine Warriors have undergone some managerial changes after Executive Chairman of the club named an 11 team management team to oversee the running of the club.

The new team will be led by Mr. George Amoako as the Chief Executive Officer.
