New Edubiase United hero Bismark Idan says the floodgates have been opened for more away wins after edging Ebusua Dwarfs 2-1 in Cape Coast on Thursday.

The former Berekum Chelsea goal poacher scored late in the game at the Robert Mensah for their first away win of the season.

Edubiase had lost four times and draw four of their last eight encounters on the road.

Richard Gadzie put Dwarfs ahead in the first half of the game but were pegged back by a wonderful strike by Kwame Adjei.

Five minutes from time, Idan scored the match winner and he believes there will be more wins for his club to come on the road.

" We have tried so much to win away this season and it wasn't coming off,” Idan told GHANASoccernet.com

"But once we have taken three points here we are looking to continue picking points away from home.

"We want to end the league as one of the top teams and it's important we get wins like this.”

Edubiase have jumped to 6th on the league table.
