Former Atalanta left Patrick Asmah believes his four years experience in Europe will be valuable in his new challenge at Asante Kotoko.

The former Ghana U-20 star joined the Porcupine Warriors on a two year deal after returning to the country following spells abroad.

"To play in Europe is not all that easy. A player must be disciplined on and off the field. You're thought the efficient use of time. And must always be at training no matter what," he said.

"I believe my experience can help me and my teammates. I have been exposed to alot in my time in Europe, the training regime, preparation before matches, how to take care myself, the kind of diet I need. These are things I can share with my teammates," he added.

When asked about if he find it difficult to adapt to the nature of the game in Ghana, he expressed confidence in his ability to hit the ground running.

"I'm not here to complain, because I played in Ghana before departing to Europe . I'm very much aware of the nature of the pitches and how the game is played in Ghana," he continued.

Patrick Asmah have signed a two year contract with the Porcupine Warriors and is currently with the team in Koforidua for their pre-season ahead of the upcoming season.
