Deposit is NOT performed

Spelling and punctuation of complainant are preserved.

I send money via card on 09.01.2023 10:02 for amount of 2000uah
Deposit is not performed.
I contacted support, gave all info like receipt, exact time etc…
They created issue #2325967 somewhere internally and that’s all.
After that every time I contact support I get same template answer:

“Запрос был передан специалистам, для уточнения информации понадобиться время.
Обратитесь в чат с консультантом позднее. При обращении укажите номер Вашего тикета и опишите суть обращения.”

And that’s all, money never came to my account
