Erik ten Hag has revealed his squad will be ready to fight when they meet Liverpool at the weekend.
Manchester United are set to play against Jurgen Klopp’s side in the Premier League on March 5, 2023.
The Red Devils are currently sitting in 3rd place in the league table. Meanwhile, the Reds are in sixth place in hopes of a top-four finish.
Ahead of the game, Ten Hag met the media to share the latest team news. He admitted it would be a difficult test to face Liverpool, however, his team will be ready for it.
“It is, of course, a test. But we’re facing Liverpool and we’re really looking forward [to it], I know these players, my squad, my team will be prepared to go and fight, to go with confidence but we know it’s going to be difficult,” the manager said in the pre-match press conference.
