Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford was in superb form as he scored a brace to help England beat Wales 3-0 in the Qatar World Cup last group stage game.

Rashford, who started on the bench in England’s first two games against Iran and the USA, started alongside Harry Kane and Phil Foden across the front line against Wales and put out a man of the match performance.

The Man United forward became the first player to score a free-kick in the Qatar World Cup when he broke the deadlock from a free-kick spot shortly after the interval.

Less than two minutes, Phil Foden doubled England’s lead with a superb finish and the Manchester City forward started on the bench against Iran and was an unused substitute against the USA.

Rashford scored his second goal and England’s third goal after his left-foot strike from inside the penalty box got past Wales goalie.

The Manchester United forward has now scored three goals in three World Cup appearances, with the Wales match being his first start in Qatar.

Rashford joins the likes of his United team-mates Bruno Fernandes and Casemiro in winning the man of the match award and below is his stat against Wales.
