Martin Odegaard says one of his Arsenal teammate is becoming “better and better”

Gunners celebrated a 3  – 1 victory over Antonio Conte’s side in the North London derby, and Xhaka scored one of the winning goals for his team.

After the match, Odegaard shared his high praise for the Switzerland international, claiming his teammate is improving day by day.

“Incredibly happy for him. As everyone knows, he’s had some tough moments here. It’s been a journey for him, he’s been through a lot,” he said Xhaka, via HITC.

“He’s worked hard through it all, focused on improving – steadily becoming better and better, winning the trust back.

“You see in the ovation he gets at the end of the game here. He played a fantastic match and scored. I’m very happy for him and he’s important for us.”
