Meanwhile, France reached the next round following a 3-1 victory over Poland.

Ahead of the game, FiveThirtyEight’s supercomputer has made a prediction.

The winner of this pair will face the winner of Portugal/Morocco in the semi-finals on Wednesday, December 14.
