Nice winger Hatem Ben Arfa has admitted he is open to transfer offers from Paris Saint-Germain. AC Milan, Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund and Inter Milan have also been linked with the young Frenchman. Ben Arfa has scored 11 goals in 23 games for Nice. Sky Sports reports Ben Arfa told Onze Mondialmagazine "The door is still open for PSG, for that matter, it's open to all the clubs. I'm not closing the door on anyone."
