Nigeria defender Leon Balogun insists his country's "jollof" is better despite defeat to Ghana in WAFU finals
Nigeria and FSV Mainz 05 defender Leon Balogun has jokingly insisted his country's jollof rice remains number one over Ghana's own despite losing heavily to them last Sunday.
The Local Super Eagles suffered a 4-1 thrashing by the Local Black Stars in the final of the WAFU Cup of Nations 2017 at the Cape Coast stadium.
The centre back took to his Twitter handle to make the comic comments few hours after the final whistle of the game.
He went ahead to congratulate Ghana for winning the West African regional tournament.
