Nine foreign-based Black Stars players have arrived in Accra for this Sunday's 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Sudan.

The list includes Germany-based Baba Abdul Rahman, Isaac Vorsah of Red Bull Salzburg and Italy-based duo Kwadwo Asamoah and Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu.

TP Mazembe trio Yaw Frimpong, Solomon Asante and Richard Kissi-Boateng also jetted in town after helping the Ravens beat Mochudi Chiefs 1-0 in the CAF Champions League.

Maritzburg United defender Awal Mohammed completes the list of arrivals.

"The commitment of the Black Stars has been great and this has resulted in the massive arrival of nine," Ghana FA spokesperson Ibrahim Sannie-Daara confirmed on Joy FM's Sports Track programme.

"This means we have 12 players with the availability of three locally-based players."

The number is expected to swell before Tuesday's opening training session at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Ghana will fly out to Kumasi-venue for the match-on Wednesday.
