No big-name signings for Aduana

Dethroned Ghana Premier League champions Aduana Stars claim they will sign players from the second-tier league for next season.

The Dormaa Ahenkro-based side are in need of strikers to solve their goal scoring problem in the top flight.

Aduana finished the season as one of three least prolific sides with 20 goals.

But the club believe unknown players from the lower divisions have the credentials to reverse that next season.

"Sometimes you go in for a top striker from the Premier League that everybody knows but will not be scoring for you. This time we want to go to the Division One League searching, George Gyewu told Joy FM.

"At times you can get a striker from second division but when you get a good coach to talk to him, he will be  a best striker."
