Premier League club Norwich City are looking to bolster their defensive ranks by signing Inter’s Andrea Ranocchia.
The 27-year-old defender has found regular playing time hard to come by under coach Roberto Mancini and looks to be on his way out of the club during the January transfer window.
According to Sportmediaset, The Canaries have identified the towering centre-back to help guide the club away from the relegation zone and are willing to offer a fee in the region of €10 million to secure his signature.
Ranocchia has made just one league start this season despite making over 120 appearances for the Nerazzurri since arriving at the club from Genoa in December 2010.
Bologna have also registered their interest in the Italy international in recent weeks.
