Nsoatreman coach Yaw Preko is confident his team can carry the momentum and confidence gained from their recent CAF Confederation Cup success into the upcoming Ghana Premier League campaign.

In an interview with the club’s media, Preko expressed optimism following their progression to the second round of the continental competition in their debut season.

“We went to Africa; it was hectic, but we managed to sail through, and we are taking that confidence and belief into the Premier League to make sure that we start very well,” he stated.

The Amanaso boys secured a place in the next round of the CAF Confederation Cup marking an impressive start in their debut.

Despite suffering a 1-0 loss to Samartex in the Ghana Super Cup, the team is determined to make a strong start in the league. Nsoatreman will face newcomers Young Apostles in their opening match of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season, scheduled for 17:00 GMT on Sunday, September 8.

Preko’s side aims to build on their impressive fourth-place finish and their MTN FA Cup victory from last season as they look to establish themselves in the league.
