Nuremberg eye Tagoe loan deal

German side Nuremberg are preparing a bid to sign Ghana international striker Prince Tagoe.

Nuremberg are expected to table an offer of a six-month loan deal next week for the attacker who plays for rivals Hoffenheim.

Tagoe has been unable to secure a place in the starting line-up of Hoffenheim's star-studded attack.

The ex-Hearts of Oak player is said to be interested in the move as it will give him more playing time.

He has not been called to the Black Stars for the past two matches even though he is recognized as the right replacement for in-form Asamoah Gyan.

Regular action for his club side could ensure a return to the Black Stars for the confident striker.
