Bordeaux announced having signed French forward Jimmy Briand (33, in the pic on the left back when playing for Lyon), on a 2-year deal, from En Avant Guingamp, and Croatian U21 international midfielder Toma Basic (21), on a 4-year deal. Besides, Girondins extended their deal with young French goalkeeper Gaëtan Poussin (19), until June 2021, and loan Brazilian winger Jonathan Cafú (27) out to Red Star Belgrade.
