Though an official note, Cardiff City announced 32-year old English attacking midfielder Lee Tomlin, following lengthy discussions, left the club by mutual consent.
A Leicester City alumni, Tomlin used to play also for Nottingham Forest, Bournemouth, Peterborough United, Bristol City, and Middlesbrough, and is now a free agent.
