Edwin Tuffour Frimpong has rejoined former club Liberty Professionals following his exit from Asante Kotoko SC, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.
The versatile defender parted ways with the Porcupine Warriors after mutually terminating his contract.
Frimpong has already begun training with the Scientific Soccer Lads and could be featuring for them on Wednesday if his registration goes through.
The 24 year-old joined Asante Kotoko SC in the 2015/2016 after a stellar campaign in the 2014/2015 season at the Dansoman based side.
