Recently parting ways with PSV Eindhoven on a free move, German centre-back Daniel Schwaab announced having quit playing professional football. The 32-year old collected more than 500 caps in Bundesliga and Zweite Liga football, playing for SC Freiburg, Bayer Leverkusen, and Stuttgart, and is going to work as a staff member for the former.
