Hertha Berlin management, while still trying to seal the deal with Arsenal on Granit Xhaka, announced having signed Argentinian U23 international deep-lying midfielder Santiago Ascacibar (22). Former Estudiantes playmaker joins in on a 4-year and a half deal, and allegedly on a 10 million euros transfer fee, leaving second-tier side Stuttgart after two seasons and a half.
