OH Leuven manager Marc Brys says he is not surprised by Kamal Sowah's impressive start to life at Club Brugge.

Sowah joined the Belgian giants in the summer transfer window and has been an immediate success.

He was sold to Brugge by Leicester City after spending the last three years at the Premier League outfit's sister club Leuven.

"I expected him to be successful straight away at Brugge, he has enormous potential and adapts easily. It's great to see that he was still here last season and now playing against Lionel Messi," Brys said.

The 21-year-old was incredible at Leuven. In his last season, he scored eight goals and contributed six assists in 34 games.

Brugge reportedly paid over 9 million euros for Sowah and has so far made four appearances and assisted one goal.

His impressive showing against star-studded PSG in the Champions League recently earned him massive praise from social media users.
