Managing Director of Great Olympics Oloboi Commodore says his outfit's decision to seek justice in a Ghana court instead of the Court of Abitration for Sports (CAS) in relation to their case against the Ghana Football Association indicate their belief in the law system in the country.

The Dade boys have placed an injunction on the start of the league in a protest against Bechem United for fielding an unqualified player against during last season's campaign.

“I totally disagree with those who are saying we should have gone to CAS," Commodore told Abusua FM.

“Why should we bypass Ghana Court and go to Switzerland when we have competent courts that can also handle the matter well."

“Our decision to go to the circular court instead of CAS is a matter of choice."

Great Olympics court case against the Ghana Football Association will be heard in the court on March 15, 2018.
