Olympics end Afriyie reign as CEO

Relegated Ghana Premier League side Great Olympics have terminated the appointment of the Chief Executive Officer of the Club, George Afriyie after a season at the club.

The management team and technical team have also been dissolved as the club prepare for life in the second-tier league.

A statement read: "The Management team has also been dissolved. It said the Board will continue however to take charge of the day-to-day administration of the Club until new structures are put in place."

"The new structures will include the appointment of an Administrative Manager with the full complement of a Secretariat to help with the day-to-day administration of the Club."

Olympics finished third-bottom and were rid off the top flight for the third time in five years.
