Black Stars winger Osman Bukari has donated sports items to schools in seven communities in Kwahu Mamfe in the Eastern Region.

The Austin FC forward, known for his annual donation to his former school in Kwahu, extended his philanthropic gesture to six more neighbourhoods in the area where he grew up.

Bukari donated jerseys, footballs and socks to support the sporting department of the various primary and junior high schools in the Kwahu Mamfe district.

"Had the chance to donate a full set of jerseys, Footballs and socks for the schools (both primary and JHS) in my hometown and 6 other neighbouring villages around Kwahu Mamfe. Many more to come. See you this December at Kwahu Mamfe!," the US-based winger posted on social media.

Kwahu Mamfe, Muramura, Atuobikrom, Koranteng, Formanso, Yirenkyikrom and Sukwa were the beneficiaries of the player's benevolent act.

The former Accra Lions and Red Star Belgrade winger will be hosting the fourth edition of the Osman Bukari Unity match in December, where he will invite fellow stars to thrill the people of Kwahu.

Bukari moved to the United States early this year to sign for Texas-based Austin FC.
