Forward Osman Ibrahim says he is ready to fight for a place in the Asante Kotoko team after spending last season on loan at rivals King Faisal.

The 20-year old forward was in devastating form for King Faisal, despite their struggles in the cancelled Ghana Premier League season.

Ibrahim scored 8 times in fourteen matches for the "In Sha Allah" boys, but with the 2019/20 ended because of COVID-19, he is expected to return to parent club Kotoko.

"I am a Kotoko player so ever ready to play for the club," he told Oyerepa FM. "I strongly believe the time is right for me to return and am ready for the challenge ahead," he added.

"If i am given the opportunity to play at Kotoko, I will deliver," says the confident forward.

The pacy forward will be fighting for a place in the starting line up with the likes of Naby Keita, William Opoku Mensah and new signing Kwame Opoku.

The Ghana Premier League is expected to return in the second week of October, subject to approval from government.
