OTD in 2013, Bayern claimed UCL to became 1st German side to achieve the treble

On this day in 2013, Bayern Munich beat Borussia Dortmund 2-1 in the first ever all-German European final to win their fifth Champions League title thanks to Robben's goal in the 89th minute. 

Heynckes also led Bayern to become the first German side to achieve the treble.

In that season's UCL, Bayern defeated Juventus 4-0 in the quarter-final and thrashed Barcelona 7-0 in the semi-final. Muller scored 8 goals in the campaign, raked third among all top scorers.
