On this day in 2018, Ronaldo played his last game at Real Madrid as Galacticos claimed their third successive Champions League title after beating Liverpool 3-1 at Kiev.

Real Madrid won their 13th UCL title in history and also become the first club to win three straight European Cup finals for the second time.

In that summer, Ronaldo moved to Juventus with a transfer fee of €117m. He scored 450 goals and made 131 assists at Real Madrid from 438 appearances across all competitions.
