Asante Kotoko head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum expects a closely contested match against Accra Lions in their upcoming Ghana Premier League clash.

The Porcupine Warriors will face Accra Lions on April 16 at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Despite acknowledging fatigue within his team, Ogum expressed confidence in Kotoko's preparation and determination to secure victory.

"Tactically, we are ready," he said, adding that the team is poised to give everything to win.

Ogum praised Accra Lions, describing them as "a very good side" that will be highly motivated to win due to their current league standing.

"They will come to play and win to get themselves out of where they are now," he said.

The coach predicts a thrilling encounter, stating, "It's going to be a close game. A very interesting game in terms of who wins." The match is scheduled to kick off at 3 pm, and both teams will look to emerge victorious.
