Parma keeper Sepe is still on Conte’s radar at Inter (Tuttosport)

Parma goalkeeper Luigi Sepe should be ready to return in goal when Serie A resumes but his future at the Ennio Tardini remains uncertain.

The 29-year-old shot stopper is on loan from Napoli with a conditional obligation to buy the player, but Tuttosport claims he is still on Antonio Conte’s radar at Inter.

The Nerazzurri tactician was troubled by the lack of back-up for Samir Handanovic at the Giuseppe Meazza when the veteran suffered an injury during the start of 2020.

The Italian 34-year-old Daniele Padelli had to step up, but struggled to convince the Inter faithful and Emilio Viviani was close to signing with the Nearzzurri as a free agent, but the deal never materialised.

Handanovic should be back in action when football resumes and the same goes for Parma ‘keeper Sepe, who suffered a tear in the adductor muscle in January.

He was ruled out for three months but will be back in contention when Parma travel to Genoa on June 23, but the report claims Inter are following his situation closely.

Sepe, who has kept five clean sheets in 21 games with the Gialloblu, has previous spells on loan with Fiorentina and Empoli.
