Former Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has praised the outstanding performance of Thomas Partey in Arsenal's 5-1 thrashing of Manchester City.
Partey, who played in midfield, was instrumental in disrupting the opposition and distributing passes effectively.
Hart, who played for Manchester City from 2006 to 2018, described Partey's performance as "excellent" and noted that he and Martin Ødegaard controlled the midfield well.
"Thomas Partey was excellent against Manchester City," Hart said on Premier League Production. "He did not stop running in midfield. Partey and Martin Ødegaard controlled the game well, especially in the midfield, but Partey was excellent."
Partey's goal against Manchester City was his third in the Premier League this season, and he has also registered two assists.
The Ghana captain will look to continue his impressive form as Arsenal faces Newcastle United in the second leg of the Carabao Cup semifinals on Wednesday.
