Germany and Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng has shown strong affinity for Ghana despite opting not play for the country of his father with tattoos displayed on his body.

His brother Kevin-Prince Boateng played for Ghana but Jerome's love for the country of his father is never in doubt after the tattoos on his body shows and he confirms it.

The defender has got GHANA tattooed in the middle of an Africa map on his shoulder while writing his unknown middle name on his hand.

"I have soft spot for tattoos but I just don't  tattoo anything on my body. I only tattoo things that have special meaning for me," said Jerome whose middle name Agyenim is also tattooed on the his hand.
