PHOTOS: MLS and Black Queens players visit US Ambassador in Accra
MLS stars and Black Queens duo visit US Ambassador.

MLS trio- Jonthan Mensah and David Accam of Columbus Crew and Francis Atuahene of FC Dallas paid a courtesy call on the US Ambassador to Ghana Stephanie Sullivan last Wednesday. 

The three MLS stars were joined by Black Queens captain Elizabeth Addo and striker Florence Dadson.

The embassy social media handles wrote: A few of our friends from the beautiful game came by to greet Amb. Sullivan this week. We especially celebrate the Ghanaians who play in the @MLS and are in the spirit of giving back here in Ghana! Thanks for coming to see us and for sharing our love of the game! #USinGhana.

Each of them presented signed jerseys to the Ambassador Sullivan who once played soccer for the defunct Ghatel Ladies team.

Ambassador Sullivan was also briefed on their various charity works and initiatives of giving back to the society.

She commended China-based Addo for organizing a mini-tournament for six women's teams in Accra.

David Accam and wife Florence Dadson presented a signed jersey to Ambassador Stephanie Sullivan during a courtesy call this week.
 

Black Queens captain Elizabeth Addo also presented a signed jersey to Ambassador Sullivan when Ghanaian soccer players paid a courtesy call on the Ambassador this week.
 

FC Dallas' Francis Atuahene was part of a group of Ghanaian soccer players who visited the embassy this week. He also presented a signed jersey to Ambassador Sullivan.
