Lazio coach Stefano Pioli has faith that his squad is capable of beating Inter on Sunday night in their final game of 2015.

The Biancocelesti travel to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza to face a Nerazzurri team who have lost just twice this season so far and sit four points clear at the top of the Serie A table.

“It will be a complicated and difficult game playing against a team who appears to be unbeatable,” Pioli told the assembled press.

“We will have to find the best performance of the year and I think we can do it.”

The Italian tactician then discussed attacking midfielder Felipe Anderson who was an invaluable part of the squad last season, getting 10 goals in the league, but has failed to show the same level of form so far this term.

“Felipe knows that he is not playing his best, he knows it and I know it,” he said.

“I’m sure he will be back to his best and I hope the match at the San Siro can help him.”
