Lazio coach Stefano Pioli says the Biancocelesti are targeting six games unbeaten and would like to catch city rivals Roma.

The capital club travel to Udinese on Sunday afternoon looking to strengthen their European ambitions.

“We have to continue,” remarked Pioli at his pre-match press conference ahead of the trip to the Stadio Friuli.

“I would like to get to six wins in a row, not only six unbeaten results.

“I see the right players want to come back and to reverse a season that initially could have been disappointing.

“There is a desire to do well.”

The Biancocelesti coach confirmed that Etrit Berisha will start between the sticks on Sunday and says that they are targeting Roma’s position of 5th in the table.

“Roma are ahead of us and we will try to reach them,” he added.

Pioli was also quizzed on Lazio’s activity in the closing days on the transfer window.

“The club is working, we have goals and we will see what will happen.

“One of my request has been fulfilled.”
