Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) chairman, Kudjoe Fianoo has disclosed that talks are ongoing to have the Super Two clash between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak played under floodlights in the upcoming Ghana Premier League season.

According to him, there are plans for the Okudjeto commission to be reviewed so the Super Two clash and other  matches can be played in the evening in the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League.

The former AshantiGold CEO stated that the Accra Sports Stadium has gone under renovation after the May 9 disaster and has hosted some top matches in the evening such as the 2008 AFCON and the 2018 AWCON thus it is possible to play the Super Two clash under floodlight.

"We have waited too long for the commencement of the league. I am happy we are going to play evening matches in the upcoming Ghana Premier League. We are going to look at the report and check if it possible we can have the Super Two clash game played in the evening", he told reporters in Kumasi.
