Ghana Football Association President Kwasi Nyantakyi has revealed 'Player of the Month Award' will be instituted next season in the Premier League.
The monthly appraisal scheme for players in the top flight one of the recommendations put forward by English Premier League officials after a meeting in June this month.
Nyantakyi says plan to award outstanding players of the month will be suggested to the Ghana Premier League Board for implementation.
"On, player of the month award, suggestions will be made to the PLB and we will see," he told Accra-based Hot FM.
Currently players in the Premier League are awarded at the end of the season.
