PORTO star Brahimi set to leave

Chelsea are lining up a summer move to sign FC Porto star Yacine Brahimi, according to O Jogo.

The 26-year-old attacking midfielder spent last two seasons in Portugal scoring 21 goals in 85 appearances, and also AC Milan, Wolfsburg and Liverpool have been heavily linked with a move for the Algeria international.

It is understood incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte wants to revamp the attack in view of next season, then the Blues are expected to be ready to offer £23m to persuade Brahimi, who is part-owned by Doyen Sport.
