Alisson Becker and Fabinho of Brazil are flying straight to Spain following their international duty to fulfill their 10-day quarantine period and are expected to play for Liverpool against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League on Tuesday.
Because of the short turnaround after Brazil's World Cup qualifier against Uruguay late Thursday, Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp claimed the duo had "no chance" of playing in the English Premier League against Watford on Saturday lunchtime.
As a result, Alisson and Fabinho will skip England and head directly to Madrid, where they will have to isolate for 10 days after playing for Brazil in Venezuela (Oct. 7) and Colombia (Oct. 10), both of which are on Britain's red list.
They won't have to quarantine since they'll travel back to England on Thursday once the rest of the Liverpool squad returns.
