Premier League Give Green Light for £190m Chinese Takeover of Southampton

​The Premier League has approved a £190m takeover of Southampton by a Chinese company, according to ​the Times.  Months of investigations have taken place regarding the bid, with Lander Sports Development being accused of paying bribes to Chinese politicians in the past, but chief executive Gao Jisheng has passed the owners and directors test and an announcement is expected next week.  Chinese takeover of Southampton set to be given the all-clear, writes @MattHughesTimes...
