Chelsea announced Thursday that Christian Pulisic has resumed training with the club ahead of a weekend encounter against winless Newcastle.
Pulisic, 23, hasn't played since scoring in Chelsea's 3-0 win over Crystal Palace to start the league season on August 14.
In early September, the American forward suffered an ankle injury while on international duty, his sixth major ailment in his two-plus years with Chelsea.
Pulisic, N'Golo Kante, Andreas Christensen, and Cesar Azpilicueta are among the returning players who have been photographed at training.
On Saturday, the Premier League's top team takes on Newcastle at St. James' Park.
