Cristiano Ronaldo scored his fourth goal in three games for Manchester United on Sunday, before Jesse Lingard scored a late winner for West Ham in a 2-1 victory.

In the 89th minute, replacement Lingard seemed to have won the game for the visitors as Ronaldo poked in to cancel out Said Benrahma's opening.

At the London Stadium, Ronaldo was booed and whistled as he attempted his typical stepovers and feints, but he remained a nuisance at the heart of United's assault.

Paul Pogba, Bruno Fernandes, and Mason Greenwood backed up the Portuguese sensation, with Jadon Sancho, who has failed to make an impression since joining from Borussia Dortmund in July, missing out.

Ronaldo has been outstanding so far in the season after joining Manchester United from Juventus.
