Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte has stated that the current season is not going to be easy for the Lilywhites.
Conte spoke to Sport Week in an edition that is yet to be released and he spoke about his liking for embarking on challenges at every club that he joins.
The Italian stated: “I have never been afraid of challenges, I just need to have only a 1% chance of winning over them to start my battle. I’ve never picked up teams that had won the year before. Juve came from an eighth place, Chelsea from a tenth, Inter from a fourth. In Milan I left a finished job, here I have to start all over again and getting into the current season is not easy.”
While Spurs beat Leeds United 2-1 recently, they fell to a 2-1 defeat to Mura in the UEFA Conference League.
