President Cup: GHALCA issue apology to fans following rescheduling of Kotoko-Hearts game

The organizers for the President Cup match, GHALCA has issued an apology to fans who came to the stadium as well as the general public as the game between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak had to  be postponed due to a heavy downpour.
